Daily Rituals

Would be nice to start my day seeing an agenda, but also to quickly be able to add to-dos for the day that aren’t already in the calendar to help focus my day in a mindful way.

Time tracking / Pomodoro

More advances Pomodoro features: For example having more features like in “Session” (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/session-pomodoro-focus-timer/id1521432881). Especially writing down after a session what I have done would be great (which would then be written down in the calendar as an event for tracking), as well as categorization, break timer before next session and customizable duration of a pomodoro sessions…

Calendar Blocking

TL;DR I’d love the ability to block one calendar event on a different calendar (e.g. “workout” on my personal email is blocked as “health-dnd” on my work calendar. I currently use Notion Calendar to do this, and it makes my life really easy, but when I use Amie, this singular blocked event shows up as two overlapping events (😭) Impact This functionality will allow me to use both my work and personal calendars in the same app, without visually cluttering the screen with duplicate events on each other. Functionality Similar to Notion Calendar’s blocking functionality, with the ability to rename events on other calendars. It all counts as one event. Link to a similar feature in Notion Calendar Example Use Case I have a personal event to go to, but it’s private and conflicts with a work slot. I don’t want to divulge the personal information because it’s sensitive, but I want my coworkers to know that I’m out for a personal event. I don’t want to create two different calendar events- I want to be able to use one, and prevent the finnicky overlap in my calendar.

Better To-Do functionality

I really enjoy using Amie because it finally brings calendars and meeting notes together in one app – the new sidebar with the quick switch between Calendar View and Meeting Notes is fantastic. However, I quickly run into limitations with the to-do functionality: at the moment, tasks can only be created as simple calendar entries and managed in a basic list. While this works well enough for simple tasks, it quickly becomes difficult to stay organized when managing more complex projects and client work. That's why I would love to see: A dedicated to-do section in the sidebar A separate space for tasks, where you can easily switch between different views like Kanban etc. Labels and filters (similar to the tag system in Todoist, for example) Projects (the ability to organize tasks into projects – or alternatively, allow to-do lists to be nested within each other, similar to folder structures) In my opinion, these improvements would take Amie to a whole new level.

Add emails as context in Pages

currently pages only have meeting summaries as context. we’re considering to add email support as well. so a company page would then show you the email touchpoints. and when using the ai chat, the emails would be used as context.

Travel time for calendar events

Calendar events can have a location. Would love to get a travel time feature for it. At the moment I use morgen.so for this feature but I’d love to see this in amie so I finally could cancel my subscription there :D Workflow: a) Settings: 1. Set your home location 2. Set a buffer time (e.g. +10mins) b) Amie Calendar / Google Calendar 1. Add a location to an event 2. Amie asks GoogleMaps API (or so) to calculate the duration by car between location and home location at the event time. 3. Amie adds an event before and after the event called “Travel Time” or so. Duration: Calculated Duration + Buffer time

Habits Checker

Make a daily habit tracker/checker and even some widgets, like in GitHub contributions or the checker app, showing how much you did of that task and when you did it. This is an example of an app that does it, as well as its widget.

Raycast Integration

Would love to turn Amie into a central hub, but that requires integrating into essential tools. Being able to use the Amie Chat AI or take a Raycast note with a checklist and send it into Amie to auto-schedule would so so damn handy

Email search and editing

Allow searching of email mailbox. Overall Amie is killer, with emails, todos, and meetings all-in-one, it becomes a super app. The only thing I feel that is missing is to search for older todos/emails + better email writing email experience.

Amie MCP server

Having a MCP server would allow us to fetch informations from our notes in Claude or other tools. Would help boosting productivity!

Live transcript

Be able to view the transcript live and navigate it (Granola does this). This would give the opportunity to better refer back on things that were said previously in the meeting.

Name Editing for Speaker Names in Transcript

Would like to be able to rename people’s names. You can see that in some cases, their display name is their email rather than their name.

MONTH VIEW on mobile

Sometimes I just want to see what I’m doing in 6 months time!! But, seriously, a monthly overview would help a lot.

Use summary context to AI draft emails in Gmail

with the context we have from your meeting transcripts/summaries, we're able to ai draft replies. you’d be able to modify them directly in gmail they’d be written trained on your writing style

Allow the creation of notes not associated with calendar events

Event notes are very useful, but it would be essential to allow other notes to be created as well.

Unified list view of AI generated Todos from meetings

Giving users the ability to scan through a unified list view of all the AI generated suggested Todos across all of the recorded meetings, so they can 1-click add Todos from the list to their full Todo list without having to enter each meeting summary individually.
