Todo lists to have default time param
Add the option for each todo list to have a default time period parameter - 15mins, 30 mins, 45 mins, 1 hour, etc Used for when I go to place a task in my calendar
Better organization of pages
I’d love to at least have the ability to filter pages by type (recurring vs. not, grouped by email domain vs. not, etc.) or date or some other attribute (number of participants), summary viewed vs. not viewed, etc. Or possibly have groups or folders of pages. The list in the side panel is a bit hard to parse and it’s often tough to find what I am looking for. There may be other creative solutions that could help with this. But I often want to look for the exact meeting summary without waiting for AI to just pull up some of the content.
Move island/recording status to another screen
Right now i can’t move it, and it is shown on my secondary display, instead of being shown in my main display. Because of this i sometimes forget to record meetings.
Week Number in Menu Bar
Instead of event overview have the option to display current week number. Would save me so much time googling current week number.
Show the CC email field when asking AI to create an email draft
Right now, when you ask AI to create an email draft, the email draft modal does not automatically show the CC field. The only way to add an email there is to tell the AI to CC someone.
More precise time blocks
When duplicating events, would be a nice touch to have the new event not automatically snap to the nearest 15 minute line. For example, if an event starts at 14:40, and I want to duplicate it across all remaining days for the week (without setting a recurring event), I currently need to
Mobile Todo Creation
The ux for the mobile todo creation is quite complicated imho. The actions should be accessible instantly and the input for the todo itself doesn’t need to be that big. Also, it would be nice to have an ai input like on desktop
Feature Request: Display Overlapping Events in the Menu Bar
I would like to request an improvement to the current Menu Bar calendar display in Aimee. Right now, the Menu Bar shows the event that is currently active. In my case, I often use a calendar block for Focus Work, and that block appears correctly in the Menu Bar. However, sometimes I schedule meetings inside that block. When this happens, the additional meeting does not appear in the Menu Bar because the Focus Work block is the one shown as active. This has already caused me to miss two meetings, since I rely heavily on the Menu Bar to see my next upcoming event. For this reason, I’ve temporarily disabled Aimee’s Menu Bar integration and switched back to Notion’s Menu Bar widget, which handles this scenario much better. Requested improvement Please update the Menu Bar logic so that all overlapping events are displayed, or at least ensure that meetings take precedence over generic blocks like Focus Work. Additional suggestion Notion’s Menu Bar allows enabling or disabling options such as: All-day events Events without participants Events without a conferencing link Having similar configuration options in Aimee would greatly improve usability and reduce the likelihood of missing important meetings.

Allow to set default colors for different event types
I know that there are some colors in settings, but I can’t assign them to the event type. E.g. meetings (so if there is at least 2 people - me and someone else - the system should understand that there is a meeteing), classic events (like slot placeholder, etc), tasks (when you’ve created a task), anavailable hours, etc. Rise had this feature and it really helps a lot. But here I need to switch manually to the color I got used to.
Custom Reminders (Mobile)
Custom reminders on desktop work pretty well. On mobile you can only add mins. If you want a reminder 24h before you need to spam +30min. Maybe a good solution would be a button for switching to hours/days (which also switches 15,30,45,60 to an appropriate amount
All Day Event - AI Scheduling
All day events should be observed for AI scheduling as well. Currently, you need to create a event with times to block Amie from scheduling tasks.
Guest permissions - Allow to modify events
By default, events can't be modified by guests. I frequently need to go to gcal just to change this.
Menubar option without the countdown
I already have other apps that shows “meeting countdowns” and I don’t want another app to do so. However, I like the minimalistic date icon and quick summary of meetings when clicking on the icon. Would be great if we could have the option to enable menubar icon without any countdowns or meeting information.
Things 3 Integration - Today Sync
Hello, I have been using amie for a few days with Things 3. It can be a little slow and finicky at times, but for the most part I have not had issues if I give it a moment to update. Currently, I only import my Today list. I find this is the most helpful for me to stay on task. Currently it will import any task in areas in my today list, but if a task is in a project, it will not import. I understand why this from how projects=lists and I do not have that project selected to import. So TLDR my request is to be have an option to import tasks “do” and “due” today regardless of where they are as far as projects. I hope you continue to improve this integration.
