Transcript of calls get uploaded but transcript and summary jobs failed

I had several calls this week which were automatically captured by Amie, but they show nothing in the tabs for them, only that the recordings were uploaded and a little X next to the next phases (transcript and summary). It’s been happening for the last 2-3 weeks.
