Support markdown/JSON/TXT format for transcripts download

I’d like to have call transcripts available for download in formats other than PDF for a more efficient workflow. Most AI agents I have support for parsing markdown, JSON or txt files (which are overall more token efficient and also editable) and it’ll be easier to add transcripts as context along with code, MCPs and tool calls.
