Split Large Tasks into Chunks

Some tasks or projects are 5, 10, and even 20+ hours. That can be an impossible amount of time to block in one go. We need the ability to schedule a task and set the minimum amount of chunks it can be broken into.

For example, I would like to split a 10 hour task into five 2 hour chunks. The AI scheduler will then schedule the tasks in 2 hour increments five times.

This feature would finally allow me to fully port all of my projects and work over to Amie.
