Set default mic for Recordings

I want to be able to select the default mic to use when recording meetings.

E.g. I use Bluetooth headphones, I never use the mic from the headphones and rather prefer to use the mic from my macbook to keep the audio at a better quality (both input and output)

right now, I can change this when the recording starts but I would rather be able to set a default or preferred mic
