Option to (Better) Import Shared Recordings into Amie

When documents are shared with me, I have to save the link in order to access the document again. Alternatively, shared Amie documents can only be imported into my own Amie account if I download the audio file and re-upload it myself. That takes time and is cumbersome. Some files are relevant to multiple team members and should be easy to integrate.
