When I have a ticket in Linear assigned to me, I assign the ticket a size/point number. I associate it as time spend. I know that Task 1 will be a 4 hour task and is scored a 4 and and 2 day task is scored 16. Anything that’s upto an hour is scored a 1. Anything that’s 8 or above is usually broken down into smaller tasks.
I’d love for Amie to be able to read the assigned points to a task and create time blocks for that task based on the score. That way if a high priority ticket that’s scored a 2 in planning is ready to be worked on tomorrow it can be assigned into a block or block chunks of 15 minutes to be focused on.
