Default shared workspace for meeting recordings + notes

I’d love for my meeting recordings + summaries to be, by default, shared with my team - there are some accounts I’d like to track but on our side there’s a different point of contact for certain meetings (ie my colleague is on admin / contract stuff while I handle core feedback + stakeholder management).
