Call summaries with new AI title instead of "Ad-hoc meeting"

I appreciate the call summary email once a call has completed. I also like that the title is updated based on the content of the call to replace "ad hoc meeting."

However, as you can see from the screenshot, the email is sent before the title is changed, and thus this email does not have as much context. I think it would be great to have this email come in with a new title instead.
