Allow Re-assigning speaker names to existing voice profiles

Amie is doing an amazing job at assigning speaker names of people that are known and have been already assigned in the past. But if the first speaker → contact assignment has been wrong, there’s no way to fix this so far. You will always have to update that wrongly assigned speaker manually. And that’s not always reliable and even broken for adhoc meetings.
