1-click PDF download for all meetings in a collection

Example use case: I want to train an AI chatbot on all of the transcripts in which I talked in a certain capacity so it can learn to respond similarly to how I would. Currently, in order to do any kind of RAG with meeting transcripts (or similar), you need to download each meeting PDF one by one, which can be very tedious!
