<h2>TL;DR</h2>I’d love the ability to block one calendar event on a different calendar (e.g. “workout” on my personal email is blocked as “health-dnd” on my work calendar. I currently use Notion Calendar to do this, and it makes my life really easy, but when I use Amie, this singular blocked event shows up as two overlapping events (😭)<h2>Impact</h2>This functionality will allow me to use both my work and personal calendars in the same app, without visually cluttering the screen with duplicate events on each other. <h2>Functionality</h2>Similar to Notion Calendar’s blocking functionality, with the ability to rename events on other calendars. I really enjoy using Amie because it finally brings calendars and meeting notes together in one app – the new sidebar with the quick switch between Calendar View and Meeting Notes is fantastic. However, I quickly run into limitations with the to-do functionality: at the moment, tasks can only be created as simple calendar entries and managed in a basic list. While this works well enough for simple tasks, it quickly becomes difficult to stay organized when managing more complex projects and client work. That's why I would love to see:<ul><li>A dedicated to-do section in the sidebar<ul><li>A separate space for tasks, where you can easily switch between different views like Kanban etc.</li></ul></li><li>Labels and filters (similar to the tag system in Todoist, for example)</li><li>Projects (the ability to organize tasks into projects – or alternatively, allow to-do lists to be nested within each other, similar to folder structures) </li></ul>In my opinion, these improvements would take Amie to a whole new level.

currently pages only have meeting summaries as context. we’re considering to add email support as well. so a company page would then show you the email touchpoints. and when using the ai chat, the emails would be used as context.

Make a daily habit tracker/checker and even some widgets, like in GitHub contributions or the checker app, showing how much you did of that task and when you did it. I’d love for my meeting recordings + summaries to be, by default, shared with my team - there are some accounts I’d like to track but on our side there’s a different point of contact for certain meetings (ie my colleague is on admin / contract stuff while I handle core feedback + stakeholder management).

Unfortunately, I don’t use Google as my main account, so my contact list isn’t up to date. It would be nice to identify people not in your contact list. Also, sometimes you have meetings with people that you don’t necessarily want or need to have in your contact list, it’s a one-time event

Because AI Chat is one of your core features, it would be fantastic to have a dedicated keyboard shortcut for it. I already rely on Ctrl + K to open a to-do from anywhere; even if you can’t do something exactly like that, I’d still like an easy way to open AI Chat quickly in Amie.

Sometimes I will ask AMIE AI to add something and it will think for 4 seconds and give me nothing. This is annoying cause I really love using this feature and when i use it, I am usually dumping like 10 things at once for it to create tasks for and it works great when it does but when its not working, i just have to wait i guess.

Does anyone else experience AMIE AI not working sometimes?
